„Sehr schöne Hotel, besonders der Bereich um den Infinity Pool.

Die Lage direkt am Meer. Das gute Essen, das Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Es hat manchmal ein bißchen gerochen draußen aufgrund der hauseigenen Kläranlage auf dem Hotelgelände.

Sehr freundliches Personal, toller Strand, gute Bar.

Das Essen war sehr enttäuschend. Die Esstische haben sich teilweise dreckig angefühlt. Die Zimmer waren bei Ankunft sauber, allerdings während des Aufenthalts wurde nur eingeschränkte gereinigt, die frischen Handtücher hatten teilweise Flecken. Es hat insbesondere Abends an einigen Orten des Hotels sehr stark gestunken.

Zimmer: Hier kommt es definitiv darauf an, wo man das Zimmer hat. Wir hatten zum Glück kein Problem mit Gestank. Es ist schon sehr hellhörig, die Partys mit lauter Musik gehen teilweise bis 23 oder 0 Uhr, ich würde im Zweifelsfall Ohrstöpsel mitbringen. Es war grundsätzlich alles sauber, was für mich mit am wichtigsten ist. Man bekommt jeden Tag eine große Wasserflasche ins Zimmer gestellt, was auch vom Vorteil ist. Für zwei Personen war das Zimmer definitiv groß genug und jedes Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon. Leider wurde vom Reinigungspersonal immer die Türe offen gelassen, daher kamen sehr viele Mücken ins Zimmer. Anlage: Die Anlage an sich habe ich als ziemlich gepflegt erachtet, natürlich könnte hier und da mal wieder renoviert werden, aber das Personal ist sehr dahinter das alles passt und sie geben sich viel Mühe. Pool: Hier haben die Deutschen ihren Ruf alle Ehre gemacht ;) um 9 Uhr spätestens waren alle Liegen belegt, an beiden Pools. Bzw. nicht belegt sondern reserviert. Es steht zwar an den Pools als auch am Meer das es nicht erlaubt ist Liegen zu reservieren, dies interessiert jedoch keinen und wird nicht kontrolliert. Das finde ich bisschen schade, wäre gut wenn man da bisschen mehr durchgreifen könnte. Wir persönlich haben ohnehin die Liegen am Meer bevorzugt, hier hat man auch eher noch einen Platz bekommen und es war deutlich ruhiger. Kinder: Ja, es waren SEHR viele Familien mit Kindern da, insgesamt wahrscheinlich um die 10 kinderlose Paare. Wenn man ausschließlich einen Erholungsurlaub möchte, bei dem man den ganzen Tag am Pool liegt und seine Ruhe hat, ist man hier wahrscheinlich an der falschen Adresse. Für Kinder ist es jedoch mit Sicherheit super. Essen: Über Essen kann man bekanntlich streiten. Ich habe die Hauptgerichte als größtenteils sehr fettig empfunden und die Desserts und Säfte waren unglaublich süß.

Kaum bis keine Klimatisierung im Speisesaal oder Rezeption bei ca. 35-40°C Außentemperatur. Im Speisesaal keine gute Atmosphäre, draußen war es in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche war undicht. Liegen wurden willkürlich reserviert, trotz Warnschildern wurde nichts dagegen unternommen

Essen am Buffet war mittelmässig und manchmal nicht sehr sauber Sehr viele Mücken im Zimmer, obwohl wir die Türen und Fenster immer geschlossen liessen. Sie wurden dann durch das Reinigungspersonal geöffnet und so konnten die Mücken reinkommen.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel

The photos are not a true reflection of the current state of the hotel. The pictures appear to be outdated. It appears only part of the hotel had a refurb in 2020. The food was rubbish, really poor choices, cold and swimming in oil. No control over people using their hands to serve. Room was average, the safe didn’t work and took 2 days to get this fixed. There was a terrible smell of drains outside our room, when reporting this to reception we were told it was due to the wind and smells from local hotels.

We had high expectations from the place for the price we paid but we were very disappointed.

The pools were nice and has a private beach

The private beach is nice but very stony. the place averagely clean, our room had a used towel hanging behind the door when we checked in and had tea cup marks on the table. The food was average nothing good or bad. All the cocktails are watered down, aperol spritz, pina colada ( a very common drink) is my holiday drink which was not on the all inclusive menu, had to pay extra for popcorn or chips or other snacks. I have been to a few all inclusive holidays now and this was the most disappointing by far. The place they serve meals has canteen vibe to it rather than a restaurant. It was definitely not worth the money, it’s not a 4 star by any chance, just an average hotel with nothing great to remember and nothing too bad to report. It is in a bad location and there is nothing near by, will need a taxi or hire a car. Most of the staff were kind and helpful.

Quite a nice experience matching the expectations, but with an unfortunate security staff

Food was overall good. Service and people were quite amazing, they solved couple of our problems quite in a creative way, so kudos for that. Good amount of choices for kids entertainment and pools, overall a successful choice for a family with kids.

One very important point, even though overall staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful, there was one big exception for this; the security staff at the entrance gate. Those 1-2 security personel actually made our day/night quite worse, while we were trying to enter the premises with our car, as usual we try to reach to the reception so that we can take our sleeping 6 month old baby out of the car and continue the remaining less distance to our room by foot, but for some weird reason security guards decided to fight with us verbally for some reason not allowing us to the reception, even though we had 2 kids plus a sleeping baby in the room and the hotel bracelets, and these personel was quite rude and not helpful at all. If the hotel management doesn't do anything about this, this single negative point may be considered as a deal-breaker for many people. Additionally, not much hotel can do, but in that specific location usually sea is very windy and with a lot of waves, especially for smaller kids.

Excelent hotel for the value, totally recommended!

The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is just great. A lot of variety and delicious tasty food. It was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in terms of all-inclusive food. Good selection of drinks for all-inclusive package and bars spread across the complex. Two swimming pools and direct access to private beach where sunbeds and shade were offered. On our last day, despite not possible to extend our check-out time, they let us keep the all-inclusive offers while we were at the hotel so we had drinks and food all day until we leave for our evening flight. Very friendly staff!

Nothing major but the bedrooms but the bedroom is really simple in terms of decoration for a 4-star hotel. The cleaning team seemed to be very stretched for such a large hotel and sometimes only in mid- afternoon we would have our room cleaned.
